The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and brand voice. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Amazon's marketing goals.

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creation, PR, and product marketing, to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to keep Amazon at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Plan and oversee paid social media advertising campaigns, working alongside our advertising team to maximize engagement and reach.
- Organize and coordinate online contests, promotions, and events to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Provide insights to senior management regarding community feedback and brand perception gathered through social media channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools, content management systems, and graphic design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with social media advertising and understanding of ad platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Twitter Promotions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside of the box and generate innovative ideas for social engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
